Grantly is software that helps you find grant opportunities and draft application materials. We do not guarantee that any application will be funded, and we make no representation about the likelihood of any particular outcome. Award decisions are made solely by funding agencies on criteria we do not control and cannot observe.

“Fit scores” and similar indicators in the product describe how closely an opportunity's stated eligibility and purpose appear to match the profile you provided. They are not predictions of award and must not be relied on as such.

Grantly does not submit applications on your behalf, does not act as your authorized representative with any agency, and is not a law firm, accounting firm or registered grant-writing consultancy.

AI output is a draft, and you are responsible for it

Content generated by Grantly is a starting draft. It may contain errors, omissions or statements that do not reflect your organization. You are solely responsible for reviewing, correcting and verifying everything you submit to a funder.

Where the assistant lacks information it needs, it marks the gap (“[REQUIRES REVIEW]”) rather than inventing a figure. Do not submit an application containing those markers, and never submit financial, outcome or eligibility information you have not independently confirmed. Submitting inaccurate information to a federal funder can carry civil and criminal consequences.

Billing, cancellation and refunds

Paid plans bill in advance on the cycle you select and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and your access continues to the end of the paid period.

Because AI usage is consumed immediately and cannot be returned, we do not operate an automatic refund window. If something has gone wrong, contact us and we will review the request on its individual circumstances. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that opportunity data sourced from third parties (including Grants.gov) is complete, current or accurate. Always confirm details against the official notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Grantly and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any lost funding, lost profits, lost opportunity, missed deadline, rejected application or lost data, arising out of or relating to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the fullest extent permitted.
